With over 30 years’ experience in venue hire, event management and hospitality in the retail, leisure and corporate market, Susan provides specialist business development advice to individuals, organisations and venues. With major venues or prospective venues, she helps maximise revenue generating opportunities; contract management for catering and hospitality providers; business planning, events management and general venue and hospitality business support.

For independent businesses, Susan can lend her hand to most things, including dealing with premise licensing, websites, Shopify, customer loyalty schemes, staff resourcing and marketing.

Susan can also help with building simple and elegant websites using Squarespace’s professional looking templaces, without the need for complicated coding.
